3. BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS Service bookings are subject to technician availability and service area coverage. We will confirm your appointment via SMS or email. You must provide accurate contact information and service address. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. Payment is due upon service completion or at the time of product purchase. We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. Additional charges may apply for emergency services, after-hours calls, or parts replacement.

5. WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES All repairs come with a 30-day service warranty covering the same issue. Spare parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. AMC plans include the benefits specified in your contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

6. ONLINE SHOP Product availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. See our Refund Policy for returns and exchanges.
